The KH1000 Professional Hermetic Sliding Door offers the highest level of hermitisation, sound insulation, heat preservation, anti-differential pressure, fireproof, dustproof and radiation protection in one door.

The KH1000 Professional Hermetic Sliding Door is suitable for hospitals, operating theatres, pharmaceutical manufacturers, micro electrical plants, food processing and other environments that need to be hygienically clean and air tight.

The KH1000 Hermetic Sliding Door System

Our Hermetic Sliding Door operator is modular by design and has a maintenance free drive mechanism powered by a DC permanent magnet engine and controlled by a Phillips control chip, ensuring the steady operation and power drive force effectively.

The unique and large capacity UPS backup battery system ensures the door will operate continuously for 30 minutes under a power failure condition.

The unique electro-mechanical lock uses the closed loop check to ensure safety and uses bi-stability control method that can shorten the electrification time which saves energy and means it can be used for long periods of time.

The unique PSA control unit gathers user functionality and the inspection function in one, which is easy and fast to communicate between the human interface and the door control. It can access the following information within 50 metres:

• Performance Function

• Setting Performance

• Malfunction Indications

To be Hermetic, the vacuum hermetic rubber around the door body adopts the unique auto-pressure technique to ensure that the closing door body and the door frames can integrate closely.

All of the selected materials used for the KH1000 hermetic sliding door body comply to hospital hygienic regulations.

We offer two hermetic sliding door body component material build types:

• Standard;- Stainless steel framework covering a high density panel and fireproof panel encasing a urethane foam material.
  

• Protective:- Stainless steel framework covering a lead foil density panel and fireproof panel encasing a urethane foam material which is mainly designed and used for X-Ray environments.

Observation windows are made of double layered, single reflected hollow glass and can be made perspective from a single side.

The KH1000 hermetic sliding door can be activated by one or more devices or systems:

• Detection sensor

• Foot switch

• Door button

• Fingerprint biometrics

• Remote control (CCTV, Intercom etc)

• Access control systems (ID badges, Key fob, etc)

The KH1000 hermetic sliding door bodies are available in three colours: Blue, White or Grey
